We provide customised, in-service and affordable training to a wide range of public, private and not-for-profit organizations. In 2004 and 2005 Talking Solutions Pty Ltd was included as part of Home and Community Care [HACC] Training Calenders across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Major customers include Employment and Workplace Relations, Department of Human Services and Disability Attendant Support Service Inc.

Principal Consultant

Talking Solutions began in 1995 and since the establishment of the Australian Quality Training Framework in 2000, has committed to the AQTF guidelines for workplace training. Principle Consultant Valerie O'Brien is a Psychologist, Social Worker and Clinical Family Therapist with over 20 years experience helping organisations achieve the results they need. She has completed the Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment. She is assisted by a small team of people who are specialists in their own areas.
